Celebrating This Moment

By Deborah Arndt

Deb blue smile 3I am so pleased to bring words to inspire you. This blog is a great way to offer fresh encouragement and learning on a regular basis. It’s my goal to publish messages regularly. I encourage you to check back often to see what’s new.

Sometimes I will add “notes from the field” as I move through my own experiences and wish to share them with you, as inspiration or perhaps just as a laugh to reflect our common humanity. Remember that we are in this together, and I am learning along with you. All our experiences matter. And some are just too special not to share. I hope you feel that way, too. Your comments are welcome.

The prime focus of this blog is to bring messages to you, and to expand your learning experiences. For this reason, most posts will be from the Teachers. You will be able to distinguish posts by the Teachers and posts of mine in that I will add a picture of me to my posts.  For theirs, I will let their words be front and center, as they are so wonderful! Also, each of their posts will conclude with,  ‘Your Teachers.’   In this way, you will know they are writing to you, and it is their voice coming through, not mine. I hope this is of help and benefit to you.  -Deborah

Greetings from the Other Side of the Universe!

This post is as an introduction, and an invitation to you to engage with this philosophy. What is the philosophy? Well, it is simple and beautiful. It is a self-help guide. It is new age. What more can I say? It is easy to read and engaging on every level. It’s hard to stop reading, because this philosophy or teaching seems to “get us” and understand what we are going through.  There can be some fascinating discoveries along the way. You just have to experience it and see if it “speaks” to you. Often the discoveries along the way open you to new understandings and your life can begin to take on a new shape, a new direction, in fact, become transformed. I work in concert with the teachers, writing down the philosophy and publishing the works. I teach, too, and add stories about my own experiences. These powerful and inspiring teachings or ‘philosophy’ flow through me so that I may communicate them to you.  As an adult learning specialist, I love to add ideas and suggestions to deepen the reader’s experience.  I am only too happy to make this journey with you, and be of service. Now about the teachers. I have come to know them well and you will, too, as you read what they have to say. They have been teaching for millennia, and you will surely want to know more and more as you connect with this philosophy. I am so very grateful to teach in concert with them.”   –Deborah Arndt

An introductory post from the teachers:

“When you are on the precipice or eve of a decision, what should you do? We want to encourage you to go to such places, figuratively speaking, and make changes, even dramatic ones in your life. When you feel an assault of things unwanted coming into your life, then that is a good indicator that you need to make a change. But what change? That is where you use our methods that we describe in our books and ‘simple, beautiful philosophy.’ We would not leave you without the means to make these changes, since that is what we are all about.

A new beginning

morgentau-1014175__180Now, you may view something as a precipice, and we may say, ‘It’s a new beginning.’ What’s the difference? We can SEE where you are headed, yet you perhaps only bring fear to the table. Now what good will that do you? When you bring fear to anything, you are not open to the good stuff. How can you be? Think about it. You see a sort of darkness or void ahead of you, which we say cannot exist in the universe. Any absence of life or goodness is anathema and simply does not exist.

There is good in any situation

Did you know there is good in any situation? We are not telling you to ‘look for it,’ as so many before us have said that to you in your lives, and we know you have heard that too much. But we will challenge you to look at it differently—like a crazy quilt you are looking at rather than a single uniform pattern. You might see something in that quilt that delights you. Yes, in the sense you are looking for something, but you are also expecting to find something and finding pleasure in it. Do you understand the difference?   [Read more…] about Greetings from the Other Side of the Universe!
