Life transformation

Turning your hand to good

By Deborah Arndt

On the surface of most things, is that which is observable, apparent, or fairly easy to discern. But you were designed to look deeper, and literally propel yourself forward into your experience. Thus, actuating yourself. We are asking you to find the handle, knob, or whatever you choose to call it, to make this happen.

Have you thought about the word, ‘manufacture?’  It originates from the term: to make by hand. So we ask, what do you turn your hand to? What will you make of your experience and your opportunities? For you see, you are only a footfall away from what is coming into your experience next, and it could be wonderful, or less than wonderful. That’s up to you. Yet it’s not arbitrary, as so many of you think.

What is arbitrary around you? Do you think trees grow arbitrarily, for example, and that they don’t seek out a place to root, grow, and sustain themselves? Perhaps it’s the seed doing the thinking, or perhaps it’s the mother tree and all the trees in the woodland who help with that decision or intention, yet it’s far from arbitrary.

You must not ascribe so much power to what you call chance For we defy you to find things that are truly attributable to chance, unless you want to describe how you apply your free will. We mean this tongue in cheek, but our intentions to assist you and draw attention to this are very serious indeed.

We understand where your heart is at all times. You would prefer to have only good things happen to you, right? But that’s not always possible, and getting less so all the time when you aren’t connected, and don’t see or wish to see how you are connected.

Thus, your moods may determine your outlook, and it follows what you turn your hand to making or creating for yourself. We hope you can see how arbitrary that can seem, and we are less happy about that.

We are always concerned, and get engaged with you when we see that you are in some way hurting or injuring yourself, and when it is so unnecessary to do so, or it isn’t indicated, a favorite word of ours. When something is indicated, we mean it is there before you as an obvious path to take. Will you take it? Or will you steam off in another direction, without reflecting in advance or calling upon your inner guidance, or us to guide you? We are always here for that, by the way.

We mean that literally when we say, ‘by the way.’ We’re on the sidelines of your life, along your road, if you will, waving at you and trying to get your attention. “Come look over here! We have some good news for you, some suggestions and guidance for achieving what you’re most wanting.”

That sounds better to us than ice cream in the summertime! And we get how good that can taste!

Deborah attended a fair early one morning to beat the heat and the crowds. Voila! There before her was home-made black raspberry ice cream. Wow, creamy deliciousness! “What a great breakfast for this morning!” she thought, and felt richly rewarded. She remembered how she used to make it by hand for her nieces.

Now, we aren’t writing about ice cream, but indirectly you could say we are, for we are asking you to turn your hand to making something truly delicious, awe inspiring, and unforgettable in your life.

In fact, it is your life, your life actuating itself with you in the center of it all! Isn’t that what you want? Can we make that any clearer? Why miss out?

You have your hand in it all.  Do you turn your hand to good? Or turn on TV to tune out the world? Do you tune in to distractions that have little to do with real living?

If you make the decision to turn your hand to creating magnificent experiences for yourself, how different your life will be! One way you accomplish this is by regulating your thoughts, choosing what you will think about, and spend time playing with in your mind, turning over and creatively contouring it to match the experiences you really want. Now, this is what we like to call real living, or authentic living. Why not give it a try?

Here’s a way to begin. Start applying the philosophy we are teaching you. A fresh avenue for this is coming soon We’re pleased to bring you new learning handbooks to accompany our published works. Soon you will be able to order one for our latest work, Verdant: The Greening of Your Prosperity.  Here is an opportunity to deepen your learning. Use this handbook to help guide you, assist with your individual reflection and/or group learning. We encourage and invite you to do so. We will provide more information and a link to this handbook when it is completed.

In the meantime, we have devised a fun word game for you, to help you chart your level of connection, and to tune in a bit better to achieve a clearer connection. We’re linking you to a post titled Taking Note on this site, which we think you might find enjoyable, and hopefully mind opening!

We’ll write much more about this topic, however, we do want to encourage you to start thinking now about the outcomes you are manufacturing, and to notice what you are offering as thoughts, how you are focused, and to what you are giving your attention which might be affecting the outcomes you are experiencing.

We look forward to sharing more about this with you.

Keep tuning in. —Your teachers.

What happens in my life now is just different

By Deborah Arndt

Today, it began to press upon me how important it is to share about what is going right in our lives. This is especially important where we think there are significant reasons for that. What help can I be to you, dear reader, if I don’t share what good is coming to me from living this philosophy? So it’s time to talk about how my life has changed for the better.

Then I invite you to reflect on what’s happening in your life. You are welcome to comment here, or you can open your heart to be heard and answered. You certainly will be, as our teachers promise.

From simple things to fairly complex ones, what happens in my life now is different than before. I attribute that to a pattern of thinking that has emerged. Knowing how loved I am and how little it serves me to judge or blame others, rage, endeavor to control what’s going on, or worry quite so much, has wrought some big changes.

What I am learning to be true in this philosophy brings a needed sea change within me. These were evident immediately. Turning from negative thinking and embracing what is positive, but more important true, as I am learning from the philosophy, brings about a fresh perspective that affects every aspect of my life.

So, I have a made a start with a list: I rest more deeply. Meaning and value come out of challenges. I let go of fears. I experience happier outcomes. The hardest things become easier.

Some items on my list appear simplistic:  I rest more deeply.  Yet, that’s a function of greater freedom from worry and feeling supported along the way, drawing needed energy and hope. What can be more important to our core experience than the ability to feel good and hopeful? Imagine how our experiences, following upon that rest, must bring improvements and benefit those who are in those moments with us.

Meaning and value come out of challenges I experience, no matter how scary or bleak they appear initially, so that I experience happier outcomes. In this way, I can let go of fears more easily. I can keep going, even in the face of perceived adversity. This is confirmation that I am heard and responded to, and that my life is truly of value.

The hardest things become easier.  I grow and my wounds are salved. This gives me courage and the faith I need to keep going and embrace new opportunities to learn and grow.

Experience-sharing is a great way for us as adults to learn, and it’s hard to compete with good practical examples. I hope you will also share with others in your daily life. Examples from our lives can be a beacon for others!  —Deborah

Welcome the March of Time

By Deborah Arndt Leave a Comment

Blessed be this morning …

within-the-nest-1367907-640x480From the Teachers:  Blessed be this morning. when you have awakened and have come to read this post. We appreciate your interest and concern for your own well-being and that of others to bring yourself to this reading and other teachings we have in store for you. Now, we are working hard these days on new work that concerns the greening of your prosperity. Will you wish to read this, and will you, in fact, be ready for it? We don’t mean to impugn your intelligence in any way but to ask what will you do with this great information that is coming to you, from “on high,” so to speak? We hope you will use it.

We wish to get you to consider how you will make best use of information and teaching we share if you are not yourself inquiring and building upon what you are learning. We encourage you to get started reading our other works. In this way, you can better appreciate our new work which is in development. We hope to build within you a sense of expectation for this news and teaching when it arrives. As we write in our work in development, build a nest of expectancy in your heart and watch what comes to you. You do want love, joy, and happiness to nest within you, don’t you? Seems so simple to think about, especially in this time of spring approaching fast.

Where Deborah writes, it seems already to have arrived, with the happy song of birds nearby and the grass greening quickly. The long arms of spring seem ready to embrace her. Are you getting in the spirit of the thing, whether it be spring or just the happy advances you are making each day, and which are also waiting in the wings for you? All that you wish will soon come. Will you urge it on, will you build that nest of expectancy within you? We do hope so!

And so we speak of the “March of Time.” It is March and time is so precious. Make the most of it. There is no ending as such but time in your life and in your sphere of operation there is precious as is all opportunity that you miss because you are distracted. Try not to be, or at least minimize distractions. They are only taking you out of your current registration of life and how sweet it can be. You only seek distraction because you perceive that you are not receiving that which you earnestly hope and pray for. But let’s have an end to that and be more, believe more and obtain more. We have so much more to write you about that, and it concerns a great deal of the work we are developing now … our book especially for you. We hope you will be on the look out for it, perhaps later in the spring.

In the meantime, satisfy your cravings for more knowledge and more value in the way you do and learn things through our most recent publication: Magnitude: Varying Our Degree of Learning. Learn how to be grateful for the good news that pours out to you in the volume and how to apply it successfully in your life. Be all that you really can be. We love you and wish you the sweetest of springs and that the march of your joyous life truly goes on and on!  –Your Teachers

Returning Home

By Deborah Arndt Leave a Comment

“Must we travel to different spheres in our minds or to different places physically to get that kick we so need out of our lives?”

From the Teachers:  “When we return from some beloved landscape of our dreams or perhaps a marvelous vacation, we rejevening-1031236__180oice in our return to our homes. Yet we carry the happiness and profound moments that we experienced while away, back home with us. What does this say about our lives? Must we travel to different spheres in our minds or to different places physically to get that kick we so need out of our lives? Does the change do us that much good?

Well, we write a lot about change and we have stated that change is always return. You need not wonder for change is always thus. You return to where you left off … unless you did something different … unless you opened new doors and experienced highs not felt before. We love that change is return, for it spells out what we already know – that you return to the arms of the loving universe each time. That is a given … and a promise. So what good does a vacation or ‘sea change’ do?

You have made a commitment to yourself to work on a change of some sort, a change we prefer to call a transformation where you wish to make a kind of shift, either within yourself or concerning something you are doing. Do you understand? An intended transformation can be dressed in so many coats and so many colors. We speak of where you have applied a mixture of intention and wish with planning the physical outcome such as travel in your car or plane, and you arrive at a physical place and you see it or sense it with your physical senses. Now you are ‘here,’ you say. Now you have arrived. But what have you arrived to? That is the question.  [Read more…] about Returning Home

Getting It Right — Here and Now

By Deborah Arndt

“Imagine a wise sand dune, sitting there waiting for your visit. It expects you to come and play awhile, to move the sand around in little piles, or to pour it into a bucket and spill it back out again …”

From the Teachers:  “We are so pleased to be writing this morning’s post to you. We are in the midst of writing our new book, which will be our fourth, for you. As we create this new volume, our already completed one, Magnitude: Varying Our Degree of Learning,  is getting ready for “launch.”  In the meantime, we are hard at work to get our next book underway for you. There is much we want to say to you on a fine morning like this where Deborah writes. She is visiting an island in the mid-Atlantic with sweeping winds and mild, even chilly temperatures, but plenty of beach. She can walk for miles. One can feel such confidence and well-being from this location, and we want you to feel that, too. Perhaps if you rest your hands on a keyboard somewhere or take up a pen, we will be only too happy to flow to you some inspiring and helpful words. You see, we can do that, either in writing or in words that flow to you from our “brain” to yours, so to speak. That is known, of course, as telepathy, but we are pretty good at it in a plain and simple way, without fancy words, because we are on the same energetic current as you. We can emit a thought of well-being for you, and just for you, and “voila” it arrives at your door, so to speak, or should we say in your mind in a way that you can register it.  [Read more…] about Getting It Right — Here and Now

Enough for All Time

By Deborah Arndt Leave a Comment

“Each day when you awaken, something wonderful is happening. Are you looking for it?”

From the Teachers:  “Dear Ones: This morning we write you and wish you all well. As Deborah sits here writing for us there is mcropped-hill-1114149__180.jpguch beauty to look out upon. What about for you? Do you have what you need about and around you? What are you searching for? Each day when you awaken something wonderful is happening. Are you looking for it? Are you assuming that worry and concern have come your way and will be around for a while? We want to ask you to stop and draw a breath and see what else might be out there for you. Life is passing by and what are you doing about it?

You fashion life just as you do everything else. You take the clay given you and make something more. What do you think about that? In this very day, you are offered heaps of clay, mountains of it in fact. What will you do? Deborah is looking out on snow mounds on the water and imagines how she might walk on them, and how they might take her somewhere else. Now we speak of clay and how these mountains are like so much clay piled up for her, for you to play with. There is so much of it.

Imagine the Rockies.  Now there is a lot of clay if you want to think of them that way. There is enough clay to keep you going. What we mean is that if you were to imagine them as the clay we and ‘All that is’ have provided for you, and you can shape your experience like so much clay, then we have given you the Rockies worth of clay to be getting on with. Can you understand that?

Now you sit there and worry in this day… will there be enough, will there be happiness, enough money, enough time, enough good times, enough… enough… enough. Well, ENOUGH, is what WE say. Enough with worrying about such things Why not try trusting? Now there is an idea for you. Why not just believe that there will BE enough? You could work on that for this day and give yourself a lifetime of joy, a lifetime of enough. The kind that unfolds happily and joyfully each day. What does that mean? It is like money in the bank, a never ending supply. What do you think life is made of anyway? It is the stuff of the universe, you are part of it, and it never ends and it is all around you and inside you and in between the cells of you, supporting all that you are and ‘All that is.’ Now do you think there is enough of that to go around? Of course there is. How could it be otherwise?

Don’t let niggling worries peck away at your happiness until you have a hole-y experience. Fill in each speck of your life, the whole and full texture of your life with something more. Thicken and expand it, until the ‘warps and woofs’ of your life are supportable for all you experience and all you think you must endure. You will bounce back like the softest of mattresses and again find your stance. You will laugh as you fall into your soft mattresses, the softness that surrounds every little thing that loves you and adores you.

Now take away that thought today from this blog and ask yourself what comforts you most: knowing that you have this soft loving enduring mattress to fall back upon my friend, or that you have thin hopes, thin experiences and barely ‘enough’ to get by? Which do you prefer? What is the difference? Only in your thinking … the application of your thought to make things so. We will want to keep talking about this with you for we are so intensely concerned for you. That means we bring great focus to bear upon these things to get to you through loving communication … which is really the best kind. Nothing can be imposed upon you, but that you allow it. So we approach softly with love and consideration for you. And we hope you’re willing to listen and learn. You see, that is our approach. Do use this blog as a portal for us to connect with YOU. That is our intention. Have a blessed day in all that you do and think. Bring good things toward you and watch what happens.”  Your Teachers.

“Nothing can be imposed upon you, but that you allow it. So we approach softly with love and consideration for you. And we hope you’re willing to listen and learn. You see, that is our approach.”
